i love doing this...sitting at the computer and typing all about myself and about others. I wanted to start writing a short story last year about my experiences in high school based off the writings of laurie halse anderson and how she wrote speak. I wrote about my own experiences as a 9th grader...so far it's about 7 pages. However, most people find it difficult to write about themselves, but I actually think people have trouble picking out the good things. I wrote about how I was quiet..all the things that I wish could be different about myself and how this one person, a teacher actually, has helped me see what a wonderful person I actually am and how I've impacted her life. What do you think?
