I was just thinking that these three poor women have probably been spinning their fingers to the bone since time began. Do you think it is time we took up a collection and gave them a day off? Maybe, if we had enough, we could even spring for a manicure? Heck, they probably need the full treatment at a good day spa. It must be grueling work bending over spinning wheels 24/7/365/audmillenia. (actually, now that I think of it, I am surprised the spinning union hasnt stepped in and done womething about the workload before this). But, of course, that would leave a slight problem. We would have to take our fates into our own hands for a day. Seriously, how much trouble could a few billion people get into in just a day?
