Your comments made me think of some Galway Kinnell lines that I have always loved. A bud stands for all things Even for things that don't blossom Because everything blossoms from within Of self blessing from "St. Francis and the Sow" Hope is a funny thing, isn't it. Metaphysics teaches that hope acknowledges the existance of the opposite of your desire. While modern physics posits that attention to a thing begins the lessoning of the reality of the opposite. I'm always on the side of anything that makes you smile. If you are unhappy in a controllable circumstance try to change your mind before you try to change circumstances or people.
