Hi Nick! You do great work, but I suspect that you already know that! I happened across The Golden Mean while searching for books on sacred geometry for a logo design. I think it is always interesting to follow your nose and see what pops up when synchronicity strikes and you find one thing while looking for another. Reading the G & S books in the order that the library system chose to serve them up made for an interesting trek through the double trilogy minus one. Or do you prefer an expectant hexology? For I understand you are about to give birth to The Morning Star - ebay not withstanding. ((Amazing how it reveals to the world where the hearts of men really lie.)) Honestly, you did make me laugh out loud (LOL) when I read about the statue. I thought your choice of stones inspired. For, if I am not mistaken, alabaster is the only one light shines through. And the baboons fit him to a T! Last week Sabines Notebook arrived. Although it came after the other notebooks (Leonardos) that comprise part of my reading pile, it was the first one I read. Eleven years seems a short time to wait, compared with 5 centuries. It is nice to know that although time and language translations can change the meaning of words, graphics and ideas hold their own through the tests of time and layers of dust. It is also nice to see the way you have found to turn your considerable gifts and talents (G & T) into a viable livelihood. The Life Path of an Expressive/Artist is always a challenging one to navigate in the real world of mortgages and grocery bills. From your books, it seems like you have found an effective way to combine the Way of Wisdom and Words & Symbols/Sacred & Expressive. And it is clear to see from your Sage that you love not only to bring wisdom to light, but make it useful. How on earth did you find this treasure? And do you think there is more out there waiting to be discovered? Having just looked at the online excerpts from The Artful Dodger, I guess that will keep me busy until The Morning Star appears. I wonder if it will be like Maya Lins Boundaries - an amazing insight into the creative process of an artist - or more wonderful stories about life, the edge, and the grace and laughter (not necessarily in that order) that comes from falling off of it. (LOL) Hope this finds you in good spirits! ~ Manifest P. S. So, what is the question of the hour?
