I have a question which apparently the library of congress / copyright info office cannot anwer. I collage cut-up, cancelled stamps. Then I make them into cards. Kinko refused to print me up some duplicate cards because they said that STAMPS are protected by copyright. But, but...,I sputter , they are cancelled and no worth anything and besides they are all cut up and layered...etc. no dice. Who knows anything about this. I have noticed the use of Britishh stamps in Bantock's work - perhaps I need to revert to Foreign stamps ? Frustrated...
