One does wonder what was on the menu. Perhaps something with fish, or eggs? You never quite know what to expect with celebrity chefs, but given the advent of the Inside Dish, it seems we will soon be finding out. Miss Julia is sorely missed, as well as those two fat ladies (who although totally lovely needed to stop being such a good advertisement for why their cooking went out of fashion). Made me want to reach into the TV screen some days, gently put out their ciggies and not so gently encourage them to walk to the next location instead of scootering there. But I am a fine one to talk. With the way pickled pigs feet run through my family, it is a wonder I dont set the kitchen on fire some days. (well, I almost did once or twice. Taco shells flambe. Now that is one dish you wont see in Larousse Gastrononominque. Hmmm. That does not look right somehow. I think it has too many of something.
