What is the saying. . . you have to lose yourself (or an election) in order to find yourself, or at least your voice? My oh my. That is one saying you do not see played out very often on National TV. His was one of the best (concession - nothing to do with circus tents or elephant stands) speeches I have ever heard. Even granting (goes east) that he had help on it, if he has and holds onto that much heart, all I can say is Wow. . . . . It will be very interesting to see what he does with the extraordiary (no cows were injured in the making of this political ad . . . cows, we have cows. . . ) experience he just acquired and if he can (or even wants to try to) wrangle the Senate into unity. (I know, I know, I am a total idealist when it comes to these things, my grasp of political realities is non-existent and as practical as mud pies, and MPs look on the bright side of things could be my theme song (the whistling was a nice touch). But it was a great speech and sometimes being considered out gives you an inn.) ps. Well = a dark hole in the ground with water at the bottom, not highly recommended for a whole host of maladies, including but not limited to memory loss, intermittent scratching behind the ears of corn, Big Foot sightings, and wet burpee seeds blown in the wond. Hmmm . . pumpkin 3.14.16 season is right around the corner. The only thing better than turnig them into laterns is turning them into pies. ;-D (with huge dollops of whip cream of un-do-be-have-us origin rummy) Oh to be young and a walnut again, sitting in a bowl, waiting to be cracked open like a heart surgeon getting to work.
