hey Spiny, nice to meet you ... if you look up a guy on the net named Pat Hathaway from California Views, you will be able to find black and whites of Big Sur from the 1800's. I have some color shots I took while on horseback, they may be a little cock-eyed. I am infatuated with Pacific Grove, myself, which is about 20 minutes north of Big Sur. Do not be afraid of letters, you (and your paper shredder) have complete dominion over them! My advice: spend the money but don't abandon the fam! Best to you ...
