Slurping soup, children and young adults who wear their pants so big that they sag to their knees and show their underwear. Actually there was a story of a 16 year old who tried to steal something from a convenience store and got caught when he tried to run away. He tripped on his pants! Another thing that really bothers me is the way that many in society are undervaluing our children and education. Also that children are given drugs in order to calm them down, when the vast majority do not need it. It is sapping the creativity of the young people in our society. And lastly, the scraping of teeth on a fork when eating. Just to balance things out I would have to say that some of the things that I have noticed more with age that I truly enjoy are a childs smile at something silly, the way prairie flowers blow in the breeze, the scent of lilacs on a warm spring night, a harvest moon with tangled trees showing everywhere, the energy of a beach that is covered in rocks. It is funny how many of us have some of the same pet peeves as others. It makes one wonder about those who are there creating them for us. Were they sent to this earth for that express purpose?
