Some here have been questioning whether US stamps are under copyright. In the Postal Service Guide to U.S. Stamps it says "The design of stamps and postal stationary issued since January 1, 1978, are the subject of indivdual copyrights by the US Postal Sevice." This book also lists every US stamp ever issued and the year that they were issued. There are also photo's of every stamp. You can get it at the post office or on line. Hope this helps. Matt
