Recognize at first that you are not alone. The world is teeming with idealists who stick to their ideals in spite of. Nothing bad about being bipolar. In fact, studies have indicated that schizophrenia (not that I am suggesting anything, mind) may have lots to do with humankind's creative evolution from those of mere primates. Think of creativity as a totally different acid bath. I think you'll find lots of comfort in this room as well. I wish you luck, and hajimemashite.
