Thanks, Frances for the nice words. One can hope that it's not neccesary to wither into the truth but can blossom into it at any age and condition. A sense of the absurd in life is a great aid in this. If you can laugh through the nonsense the profound may be more readily revealed. My own experience is this. If your heart is broken teach it to love again by recklessly loving- yourself for starters. As Maud said to Harold when the young man professed his love for the aged woman, "Good, go out and love some more."
